- Assistance in identifying the most suitable options provided for by the Code of the business crisis and insolvency for the management and resolution of the crisis.
- Assistance in defining the strategic guidelines on which it is based the industrial recovery plan and the economic-financial plan.
- Assistance in the preparation of the creditor’s composition plan pursuant to Article 44 of the Business Crisis Code.
- Assistance in the drafting of recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements pursuant to articles 56 and 57 of the Business Crisis Code.
- Assumption of assignments to certify plans for composition with creditors required by Article 44 of the Corporate Crisis Code, or recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements required by Articles 56 and 57 of the Business Crisis Code.
- Assistance in the management of the different phases of the creditor’s composition procedure.
